SUMMER ART PROGRAMS

Inspiring creativity is a major part of the Algonquin Art Centre’s mandate, and our summer art classes, art demos, and family art activities are designed to help visitors discover the artist within.  The Algonquin Art Centre offers something for everyone.

Our beautiful surroundings provide much inspiration and subject matter for visitors to try their own hand at art, and we offer a number of art activities and classes for families and visitors to experience nature through creativity. Whether you need a break from the campsite, shelter from rain, or just need a fun way to spend a morning or afternoon, the Algonquin Art Centre is the perfect place to get away. So come, grab a delicious coffee or tea and try your hand at one of the many activities we offer.

Our activities are easily adapted to all skill levels from the novice to the expert. If you are travelling to Algonquin Park on vacation, you need not worry about bringing any art tools or supplies. We provide everything you will need.

You can also purchase art supplies and create your own work under the guidance of our studio staff.  The Studio serves delicious coffee and tea, so you can relax while you create your masterpiece.
