Healthy Parks, Healthy People

As part of Algonquin Park’s “Healthy Parks Healthy People” day, the AAC is teaming up with Algonquin Outfitters and local artist Katie Ohlke to offer a free paddle painting workshop for the Algonquin Outfitters Paddle Art Contest. All art supplies are provided and finished paddles are entered into the contest free of charge. Algonquin Outfitters goal is to have 100 paddles available in an online auction during September at www.algonquinoutfitters.com. Auction proceeds to go support local art in Oxtongue Lake and Huntsville. Free coffee and tea will also be provided by the Algonquin Art Centre during this event.
