Artist Biography

Whether painting jaguars in Mexico, bighorn sheep in the Rockies, giraffes of the Serengeti, songbirds in the South of France, or the wildlife of the Ontario provincial parks, Beth Hoselton captures the fascinating symphony of nature with both passion and intricacy.

Canadian artist Beth Hoselton had a love and aptitude for art from an early age. She had the privilege of growing up in an artistic environment as her late father, renowned sculptor Carl Hoselton, imparted his knowledge and enthusiasm for all things artistic. Beth was elected a signature member of Artists for Conservation and the Society of Animal Artists. She works in a variety of media including oil, acrylic and watercolour. Beth has sold hundreds of original paintings over the course of her career and they can be found in both private and corporate collections around the world.

Education: Haliburton School of Fine Arts, Sir Sanford Fleming College, and Trent University, Canada
Support for Conservation: Beth has used her time and talent to raise funds and awareness for countless charitable causes, including the Algonquin Wolf Fund and World Wildlife Fund (WWF) which commissioned a polar bear limited edition print for their national Adopt-a-Polar Bear Campaign, and a Siberian tiger family print to raise funds for WWF's Wildlife Trade Program.
